Instructions please note at lower settings, you will not hear a loud click. First set the torque wrench to 120 or higher and test the unit, look for a click and feel for it. The higher the setting the more distinct the click. Second look at the window on the side, you will see the clicker inside move when the torque setting is reached. The clicker is hitting a inside plate and is were the clicking sound comes from. Third get a feel for the hand feel, you will feel the clicker engage, important for lower settings. Then at lower settings you will notice the feel more than the click. This is normal for this low of torque settings wrenches. 20 inch pounds of pressure is not much so the clicker inside will only have that same force when hitting the side plate in the torque wrench.
